Conundrum w/ Q&A

NO STATEMENT IS always TRUE
............EXCEPT THIS ONE............

ALWAYS was low-lighted above so that it would stand out from the rest of the words.

In the white sentence immediately preceding this one, the exact opposite thing happened: Always was the only word in upper-case.

Opposite methods achieved the same results.

In the context of this page a low-lighted word stood out as much as a highlighted word.

Q: Does this mean that low-lighted = highlighted?

A: Sometimes

Context is everything.
